Survivors tell us what went wrong. We work with them to fix it. Their experience shapes how the UK prepares for and responds to emergencies.
Building a more resilient UK
We take survivor experience directly to government, first responders, and policy-makers. When the people who have lived through emergencies are in the room, the response improves.
National emergency appeals
When major UK emergencies happen, we raise money and get it to survivors through our trusted network of local partners.
Local emergency support
Not every emergency makes national headlines. When communities are hit by floods, fires, or attacks, we work with local partners to make sure survivors get support.
