Board of Trustees
Our Board of Trustees is responsible for the overall control and strategic direction of the Charity.
They meet regularly during the year to consider, determine and review The National Emergencies Trust strategies and policies, and to receive reports from senior management.
All Trustees work for The National Emergencies Trust in an unpaid, voluntary capacity.
The Board delegates some of its group powers and responsibilities in a series of sub-committees.
The co-opted member is not a trustee position; however, the member will work alongside trustees and senior staff on the Committee.
Senior Leadership Team
The Chief Executive and other members of the Senior Leadership Team are responsible for the management and performance of the organisation and for delivering the strategy that has been approved by the Board of Trustees.
