How we’re run

The National Emergencies Trust is led by its Board of Trustees. They are responsible for how the trust runs and the decisions behind its work. Survivors guide what we do. What they tell us decides where we focus. Our Advisory Panels, Special Advisors and Ambassadors support that work, during emergencies and between them.

Our trustees and patron

  • Board of Trustees

The people responsible for the Trust. They set our strategy, oversee our governance, and chair the committees that share out appeal funds.

  • Royal Patron

Our Royal Patron supports the work of the National Emergencies Trust.

Our advisors and ambassadors

  • Advisory panels

Our Advisory Panels bring specialist experience to the work we do.

  • Special advisors

Our Special Advisors give expert guidance during emergency appeals and between them.

  • Ambassadors

Our Ambassadors share our appeals and help us reach more people when an emergency hits.
