Give online
Giving online is the fastest way to reach survivors. Your money is with us straight away.
You can give once, or set up a monthly or annual gift. Pay by card or PayPal, or with Apple Pay or Google Pay if your device supports them.
If you pay UK tax, add Gift Aid as you give. It adds 25p to every pound you donate, at no extra cost to you.
Set up a standing order
A standing order gives us money we can count on between emergencies, so support reaches survivors faster when the next one comes. We cannot process Direct Debits.
Contact our fundraising team with your name and address. We will send you our bank details and a reference number. Use the same address to change or cancel a regular gift, or to tell us your bank or home address has changed.
We do not publish our bank details. During an appeal we take thousands of payments a day, and your reference number is what lets us find yours and thank you for it.

Give in your pay
If you earn a salary or a pension taxed through PAYE, you can give straight from your pay.
Payroll giving runs through your employer and the Charities Aid Foundation. Your gift comes out before income tax, so it costs you less than it gives us, and there is no Gift Aid to claim.
If your workplace already offers Give As You Earn, ask your HR team where to sign up. If it does not, you can ask them to set it up.
Give by post
You can send us a cheque. Make it payable to National Emergencies Trust, followed by the name of the appeal if you are giving to one.
Our postal donation form can be filled in on screen. Save it, then email it to our fundraising team, telling us the date you posted your cheque and the amount. You can also print it, fill it in by hand and post it with your cheque.
Send your donation to:

Give in cryptocurrency
We accept more than 100 cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin and Ethereum. A crypto gift funds the same support for survivors as any other donation.
Give as you shop and sell
Some of our partners turn everyday shopping and clearing out into money for survivors, and most of them cost you nothing.
easyfundraising and Give as you Live work the same way. Start your online shopping through their site or app, and the retailer gives us a share of what you spend. M&S donates to your chosen charity each time you shop with a Sparks card or signed in to your Sparks account. Choose us under Community and Inclusion.
PayPal Giving is the one that comes out of your own pocket. When you check out with PayPal, you can add a donation to us on top of what you are paying.
If you are selling rather than buying, eBay for Charity lets you give a share of an item's final sale price when you list it. Thrift+ resells clothes you no longer wear. When one of your items sells, you can choose to send what it makes to us.
Each partner keeps part of what it raises to run its own service, so the amount that reaches us varies. Check a partner's terms before you sign up.
Leave a gift in your will
A gift in your will means we can be there for survivors of emergencies that have not happened yet.
Your solicitor or will writer needs our registered name, address and charity number:

Registered charity number 1182809
Remember A Charity has guidance on leaving a gift, and a tool for finding a solicitor or will writer near you. If you would rather talk it through with us first, contact our fundraising team.
