Comic Relief, The Independent and Evening Standard launch On The Breadline Appeal

Our partners Comic Relief and The Evening Standard have launched an emergency appeal for those affected by the cost of living crisis.

In collaboration with charitable groups all over the UK, the ‘On The Breadline Appeal’ will help to provide vital support such as:

• Winter kits from warm clothing to food kits (ingredients, slow cookers, recipe cards)
• Specific items like electric blankets, hot water bottles etc
• Energy top-up cards and food vouchers
• Foodbanks and food kitchens where people can come together and eat in warm, safe spaces
• Help and advice on everything from benefits to mental health support
