UK riots: where can I donate to those affected?

Are you looking to make a donation to support those who have been affected by rioting in communities across the UK?

Support your local community

If you are keen to make a donation to support those affected in your local area, then your local community foundation can be a really helpful source of information and advice.

There are 47 community foundations across the UK and each will have the latest knowledge on fundraising appeals that you may be able to contribute to to support local people affected.

Use the postcode tool on the UK Community Foundations (UKCF) website (opens in a new tab) to find your local community foundation and how to get in touch with them.

Will the National Emergencies Trust launch a nationwide appeal?

At present our priority is to provide community foundations with any support they may need with their local fundraising appeals.

However, we continue to monitor the changing situation closely in line with our national appeal activation criteria.

Follow us on social media for live updates on our position, as well as advice on who you can contact if you have been affected by the rioting.
